How it Works
The candidate is required to, after a successful application, partake in a 12-month programme during which he/she will be assigned by Osborn to an accredited training centre/institution. The learnership will offer theoretical elements aligned to a NQF level where the learners will be required to complete both the theoretical and practical components of the learnership. The learner is to attend two days per month at the relevant institution over the learnership period to obtain a qualification/competence in the relevant field

1. Business Administration NQF 3
The following are modules that are covered in this programme
- Mathematics, Communication and information, Business environment, Workplace and staff, Coordination, Bookings, business documents and ITC
2.Generic Management NQF 4
The following are modules that are covered in this programme;
- Business Finance and Budgeting, Ethics, Planning, Organising, Leadership, Controlling, Literacy, Mathematics
3. Production Technology
The following are modules that are covered in this programme
- Numeracy, Communication, SHE, Quality,Inventory, Administration of Project (Support Role)
Minimum Requirements
The following minimum requirements apply to Business Administration, Generic Management and Production Technology
- Grade 12
- Good Communication Skills
- Energy and a drive to learn
- Basic Computer skills would be advantageous
