Job Description and Responsibilities	The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for motivated, driven and dedicated individuals who possess excellent communication skills, leadership potential and an above average academic record. As a permanent employee of Volkswagen Group South Africa, Graduate Trainees undergo a 12 month intensive training programme including Personal Development, Leadership Development and On-the-job Training which will provide graduates with a solid foundation from which to build their careers.
Education and Experience	University degree, 3 Year National Diploma/ post graduate degree/diploma in the following fields:  Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Operations Management/Purchasing/Supply Chain
