The purpose of this learnership is to provide accounting students with technical and practical knowledge on a best of breed auditing software tool. The learner will provide customers with product and technical support for this tool; both telephonically and via other channels (email, online, web).

? The learner captures call / case details accurately and in the appropriate amount of detail
Key Duties and Responsibilities
? Assist clients with Annual Financial Statements (AFS) changes.
? Provide telephonic support to users experiencing problems using the software, or inquiring how to use specific features.
? Make pro-active support calls to ensure that all clients are satisfied.
? Assist in testing new software and templates.
? Partake in knowledge sharing, and the creation of regular FAQ presentations, and proactively inform team leaders and manager of product and client trends.
Minimum Requirements
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent level of overall computer literacy.
- Good understanding of auditing and financial environment and processes.
- Some basic IT knowledge and interest.

Education and Qualification
Expected completion of the second year of an IT related B.Tech / BSc / BCom degree / similar (minimum of NQF level 6), at the end of 2015.

Computer Skills and Knowledge - Fully proficient in MS Office.

The working hours will be structured around your class times, with a minimum of four (4) working hours required per day.
