Job Specification
Receptionist duties-answering the phone, taking and passing on messages and welcoming visitors 
Assist with various day to day office administration tasks 
Assist with filing, stock taking etc
Assist with preparation for meetings, such as catering, preparing the rooms etc 
Assist staff should they need assistance in faxing, laminating, scanning or binding facilities
