This internship will enable the successful candidate to grow rapidly while learning, and inevitably, to grow into an executive / director role.

 

Minimum Requirements
Degrees in HR or financial backgrounds will assist in reducing the learning curve impact. 
• Passion for technology and social integration. 
• Fast learning skills and effective information acquisition strategies i.e. being able to solve problems using 
the Internet. 
• Creative visualization, critical thinking, inductive and deductive reasoning.  
• Collaborative coordination and time management.  
• Capacity to work under pressure while observing high quality standards.  
• Fluency in English language. 
• Professional presentation and engagement with customers. 
• Passion to invest substantial time into self-development of technical and soft skills. 

 

Job Specification

We are looking for young, female candidates for a very exciting and once in a life time opportunity to develop into our CXO (Chief eXcellence Officer) position. This internship will enable the successful candidate to grow rapidly while learning, and inevitably, to grow into an executive / director role. As a young, vibrant technology company, we acknowledge that we need to invest into tomorrow’s leaders and we believe the next- generation of technology savvy engineers will require a different approach to ensure innovation can distinguish us. 
 
As we prepare to embark on our premier flagship project for 2014, we are in a rush (however we will not sacrifice quality for time when selecting resources) to find a suitable candidate for our CXO Intern role. The candidate will report into the following structures initially which will mentor in the candidates development with their respective programs -> CTO, HR and CFO. 
 
The CXO role will be responsible for organization-wide excellence, whether it is in our product delivery, product quality, customer management, financial alignment or employee job satisfaction, will ensure a unified alignment of our corporate strategy under the portfolio of a single executive. 
 
The potential candidate should be an extremely well-spoken, highly motivated individual with contagious social skills. Self-confidence is a must and the ability to share a compassion for the organization, its employees and the customers, yet have a strong business-oriented mind to detach emotional decisioning from smart strategic 
planning. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
• Reinvention of the HR Framework within the organization to create an employee-centric ‘Google’ like culture and grow and manage the end to end HR responsibilities and alignment. 

 
• Reinvention of the aligned-financial management strategy of the organization and optimization of internal business operations to create a customer-centric and facing organization as well as the day to day operational transition and implementation of the framework. 

 
• Collaboration on the technical and flagship project of the organization to align all areas around the products and technical vision and roadmap. 

 
• Support to the respective exco structures as mentioned earlier for operational execution of the strategic plan.
