Office Administrator Needed - AA/EE Position - Somerset West 
Salary - R 7500 - R 8500 (Med & Pension)

Requirements:

· Matric (or equivalent) 
· Fully bilingual 
· Excellent administrative and organisational skills 
· Methodical working manner with attention to detail 
· Excellent Excel and Word skills (proven capabilities) 
· Analytical and mathematical ability 
· 2 – 3 years experience in a related admin field 
· Excellent telephone and customer liaison skills 
· Willing flexibility in terms of task allocation 
· Self-motivated 
· Flexibility in terms of changing job functions within changing operational requirements is essential

· Inclusive toners 
· Meter Reading 
· Invoicing 
· Service calls 
· Purchasing functions 
· Contracts processing 
· Quotations 
· Reception/switchboard duties 
· Customer care, assistance, complaints 
· Mailing and Filing duties 
· ISO 
· Credit Control functions 
· Sales admin
