As part of a national operations succession plan, you will have the opportunity to undergo a structured training and development programme, with the eventual aim of becoming a Branch Manager provided the relevant development standards/ milestones are met. Key Tasks: * Drive branch operational and growth objectives in order to maximize profitability * Drive unique Capitec Bank client service experience * Drive performance and service culture in branch * Coach and energize team members * Plan and implement marketing plans * Coordinate arrears and sales processes * Coordinate branch administrative processes Requirements: * Grade 12, preferably with Mathematics or Accountancy * Up to two years first line management experience in a financial/retail/client service environment, * Good general knowledge of payment systems, client profiles and arrears follow-up procedures is advantageous * Fluent communication skills in English, with the ability to speak and understand an African language is preferred * Computer skills (MS Office) * Strong sales, client service and administrative orientation * Analyzing and diagnosing skills * Planning, organizing and implementation skills * Action orientation * Decision making skills * The ability to delegate tasks, coach and support, motivate and energize, and offer structure and guidance to team members * Sound business acumen * Meeting the minimum requirements on psychometric assessments * Clear criminal/credit record * A valid code 08 drivers license is a prerequisite * Must have strong career aspirations to become a Branch Manager
