Exciting and challenging opportunity exists with a dynamic Investment company for an individual with a high energy level who has a sound understanding, and the experience to function effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven corporate environment at an Executive Level. The ideal candidate will have above average written and verbal communication skills, with a strong corporate profile, sound numeric ability and have the ability to multi-skill at various levels. This is more than just an Executive PA position to 3 Directors, it also requires the individual to project plan, manage and execute projects as well as the ability to manage own correspondence, operate independently and deal with Top Business Executives. Skills required: · Ms Office proficiency at Advanced Level – this includes Word, Excel & Powerpoint. · Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm (non-negotiable). · Minimum 5 years Executive Secretarial experience at a Corporate Executive Management Level. · Have own reliable transport and is prepared to put in the extra hours based on job demands and deadlines. · Strong organizational and planning abilities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong numeric skills and an understanding of financial information and reporting. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Previous experience in a financial services environment will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: · Assist 3 busy Executives with day-to-day administrative planning and secretarial/administrative functions. · Compile Powerpoint presentations. · Be comfortable in a front-desk role as being first point of contact. · Co-ordinate facilities (grounds and office) operational issues ie; maintenance, upkeep etc. · Diary management for three Exec · Responsible for refreshments, luncheons and company functions. · Typing of general correspondence, editing reports, memorandums, spreadsheets.
