Learnership Opportunities Iemas is an authorised financial services provider, offering financing and insurance products. Opportunities for learnerships exist for those interested in working as Financial Advisors in Long-term Insurance.
Unemployed candidates from designated groups are invited to participate in learnerships at our offices in Pietermaritzburg and Durban.
Minimum requirements:
- Be unemployed .
- Previously disadvantaged candidates including people with disabilities .
- Have passed Matric with English and Maths (D symbols and above) .
- Good communication skills, verbal and written .
- Confidence and ability to work well under pressure .
- Be able to start with the learnership on 1 October 2012 .
- A valid Code 08 driver's licence .
- Must not be involved in other studies as from October 2012.
The learnership offers:
• An 18-month employment contract, with a monthly allowance of R2 500
• The learnership will result in a National Certificate: Wealth Management, NQF level 4
• Continuous coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training and assessment
• Work exposure to insurance sales environment.
