MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Grade 12/NQF Level 4 * Applicable B-Degree/Diploma/NQF Level 6 * Report Writing and Administrative Skills * Relevant Housing Experience * Computer Literacy CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with the compilation of reports, minutes and agendas of meetings, presentations and the answering of correspondence * Assist with the directorate’s Asset Register * Assist with the administration of employee records to ensure efficient administration of personnel affairs * Responsible for the maintenance of printing and faxing machines to improve administrative efficiency * Render financial support service to the Property and Institutional Services Directorate to ensure compliance with the prescribed policies * Responsible for record keeping of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
