Experience & Requirements:
2-3 years Sound administration exposure (preferably within a industrial and/or mining environment)(Operational)(Essential / Minimum) Computer Literacy - Applicable / discipline-specific software and programs (Essential / Minimum) Computer Literacy - Basic - MS Office Suite (Essential / Minimum) Certificate - Medically fit for duty (Essential / Minimum) 

Key Performance Areas:
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT Diary and reception coordination. Coordinate office administration and documentation to support departmental goals procedures and processes. Ensure process and procedure related data on document management systems/databases are in accordance with procedural standards. Standardize data input and ensure data is captured accurately on relevant management and / computerized systems. File and/or scan documentation on relevant management and / computerized systems. Ensure accurate and timely capturing, updating and maintenance of all admin and process life cycle data onto various systems. Manage filing/archive systems to ensure in-time updated and current availability of data. Update and maintain a data library/indexing systems for all data/documentation/specifications/catalogues and related information. Ensure coordination, control and effective distribution of documents and information. Render various admin and managerial support services to enhance efficiency of Departmental operations. QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE Ensure compliance to applicable processes, procedures and applicable statutory laws and regulations in operation. Quality ensures data, documentation and ensures levels of authoristions are applied within applicable processes. Capture relevant data for management information purposes accurately. Ensure the integrity of management information through regular audits. Deviations are reported to supervisors and remedial decisions recorded, coordinated and resolved. 

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Maintain relationships with applicable internal and external customers to promote department and overall company image. Attend to customer requests and complaints, conduct regular follow-ups to ensure problems have been resolved. Render support to internal Management, Supervisors and applicable functionaries. SAFE AND HEALTHY MANAGEMENT Adhere to OHS Act and comply with company specific SHE policies and procedures. Address all unsafe practices by reporting it to the area manager / representative. Promote good housekeeping practices and accept safety responsibility. 

Key Performance Areas:
Appointments are dependent on the completion of a successful medical examination and receipt of a valid medical certificate. Exxaro facilicates such medical examinations where required.
